great staff but minor noise issues

The staff exceeded my expectations with their friendliness and willingness to assist. Chatting with the front desk made me feel welcome, and they promptly fulfilled my request for a first-floor room due to mobility issues. The room was spacious and exceptionally clean, just as I hoped from a studio suite. Also, I enjoyed the convenience of nearby dining options, making my stay enjoyable.

I did experience some noticeable noise from other guests, which slightly disrupted my sleep.

The room I stayed in was clean and well-maintained, which contributed significantly to a pleasant stay. Room had all the basics like air conditioning, alarm clock, bath or shower, and free toiletries. The private bathroom was clean with a good toilet. I enjoyed the nice big shower too. Plus, there were great spa facilities nearby including a 24-hour pool. Overall a nice place to stay for work trips.

The kids loved having the pool area to themselves while we enjoyed our time there too. The front desk staff was kind and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed during our stay. It felt like a great family getaway.

In my wife’s opinion, it would be great if they had an elevator for easier access to rooms with heavy luggage.

I truly appreciated the warm hospitality from the staff and how clean my room was. The access to nearby amenities made it easy for me to explore and enjoy my short stay comfortably.

More accessible seating in common areas would help seniors.

Unfortunately, our stay hit a snag right at the start. Additionally, we encountered unpleasant odors in the bathroom, presumably due to water damage on the walls, which detracted from our comfort. The carpet looked pretty worn out, and squeezing between the door and the toilet left something to be desired. To top it off, the first room I was assigned had a very strong odor, necessitating a move to an upstairs room without an elevator, which didn't help when the air conditioner was off upon arrival—leaving us waiting two hours for a cool-down.

I loved how spacious and clean my Queen Room felt The 24-hour pool was such a good surprise, perfect for a midnight swim that totally rejuvenated me! Plus, the complimentary breakfast added that cherry on top, with yummy options to start my day right.

my stay at super 8 was great! the check-in was super quick and the staff were really friendly. my room was very clean, with a big shower, hot water, and all the essentials like a microwave and fridge. plus, the next morning the day shift woman hooked me up with some breakfast even though I missed it due to getting there late.

Decent Stay with Room for Improvement

Check-in was frustratingly strict at 3 pm, but the room was clean and had all essentials. An extra blanket from friendly staff was appreciated. Tip, Arrive after check-in time for a smoother experience. Breakfast options were decent, but an early arrival is advisable to optimize choices.

Checked in and found the staff, especially DeAnna, super attentive. She worked hard to accommodate our room request when our original plan changed. The room was clean and tidy, which was a nice surprise. The location is convenient, close to many amenities. The breakfast did leave something to be desired, limited options and the coffee machine wasn’t working for our entire stay. The pool was listed but wasn't available, which was frustrating. A bit noisy due to other guests, especially at night. Overall, the excellent service really stood out, but lack of amenities and breakfast options could improve. Would consider returning if those issues were addressed.
